Mindfulness/Meditation Workshop: Learn how to take this one day at a time
Join Dr. Dixie Turner for a workshop on Mindfulness and Meditation April 15, 2020 from 11 a.m. -12 p.m. Hosted online via Webex and promoted by the GC Well-being committee.
During this challenging time we are all trying to balance the demands of home and work. Learning how to live one day at a time can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. During this workshop, faculty and staff will learn about mindfulness and then be led through a sitting meditation. Additional resources about mindfulness will also be provided by the facilitator upon request.
